After 17 successful years at Stift Göttweig, Classics under the Stars will find a new home in the award-winning Wolkenturm in Grafenegg from 2026. The award-winning Wolkenturm impresses with its exceptional acoustics and excellent visibility from all seats – a concert venue that uniquely combines architecture, nature, and music. For many years, audiences at Klassik unter Sternen have appreciated the special charm and flair of these summer concerts with Elīna Garanča & Friends. Under the open sky, music lovers experience an evening full of emotion, passion, and musical highlights.
The carefully curated program combines classical opera arias with well-known international melodies, offering a special concert experience for both experienced opera lovers and newcomers alike. For many years, Elīna Garanča and Karel Mark Chichon have been performing together with young, up-and-coming opera talents at their open-air concerts. It is not uncommon for these performances to be followed by the start of an international career.
